For a long time, sport was part of my identity.

Then injury changed everything.

I spent over 4 years dealing with knee problems that slowly took away the version of myself I knew through movement, competition, and routine. Watching your body change while your mind tries to hold onto who you used to be is difficult to explain unless you have lived it.

A few months ago, I found para ice hockey.

For the first time in years, I found something that brought back purpose, discipline, and connection again. Not because everything was suddenly fixed, but because I finally found a way to rebuild instead of feeling stuck.

That is where Noir Rep comes from.

Noir Rep is not about pretending life is perfect.

It is not about fake motivation or acting fearless.

It is about the repetitions nobody sees.

The discipline built during difficult periods.

The process of rebuilding mentally and physically after life changes you.

Showing up when things feel heavy.
